Republican unitary enterprise "Production Amalgamation "Belaruskali" is the world's biggest producer and exporter of mineral potassium fertilizers. Our products are exported to more than 60 countries of Europe, Asia, America and Africa. In their activity on quality management our enterprise follows the requirements of international standard ISO 9001.

Quality for the enterprise is the key factor of competitiveness of manufactured products as well as insurance of enterprise's economic prosperity on the whole and of every employee.

Strategical goal of our enterprise is protection and consolidation of its position at the existing markets and development of new markets for account of creation of competitive products with permanent quality which meet the requirements and expectations of consumers and maintain confidence in the enterprise as to the reliable supplier.

The main principles used to gain the set goal are:
  Constant improvement of the products, processes and activity due to carrying out the systematic monitoring, measurements, analysis of quality data, setting and execution purposes in the domain of quality, timely development and execution of corrective and preventive actions;
  Conducting of consumers' satisfaction valuation, eduction of their wants and expectations, data analysis concerning the products' quality received from consumers and transshipment ports in order to react quickly to manufacturing, control and delivery processes, and to take measures regarding the improvement of the products quality;
  Constant improvement of qualitative, technical and commercial indicators and mastering the new types of products, improvement of technological processes, development of testing and control methods due to introduction of advanced technologies and equipment, scientific and technological achievements;
  Provision and maintenance of infrastructure and production environment needed for achievement of compliance with requirements to the products, effective use of all kinds of resources;
  Skilled and well coordinated work provision of enterprise's personnel by determination of responsibility and rights, it must be brought to personnel's attention as well as systematic and advanced training;
