Quality policy of JSC "Belaruskali".
Joint Stock Company "Belaruskali" is one of the biggest in the world and the biggest on the territory of the CIS countries producer and supplier of mineral fertilizers, white and commercial salts.
As manufacturer of the required products for industry, agriculture and population the company undertakes the following obligations:
Manufacturing of the high quality and competitive products, meeting the requirements and expectations of consumers;
Increase of output and sales volumes, and production capacities with the continuous quality improvement of the turned out products;
Reasonable and efficient exploitation of the unique raw material resources base, other kinds of resources, and securing of production costs reduction.
The undertaken obligations should be implemented owing to:
- management leadership, work in team, targeting of the general result, prompt response on any one level, willingness to analysis and changes;
- actual quality management system compliance with the requirements of International standard ISO 9001, STB ISO 9001 and continuous improvement of it's effectiveness;
- absolute execution of legal and other requirements, enlarging on the society activities, as well as of consumers' requirements;
- steady quality improvement and development of novelties, streamlining of operations and activities, advance of production facilities, development of testing and control methods due to introduction of resource-saving advanced technologies and equipment, automation equipments, actual management methods, scientific and technological achievements;
- enhancement of the production efficiency, securing of reliability and smooth production flow, early prevention of possible fluctuations from the statutory requirements;
- creation of mutually beneficial relations with suppliers of goods, works and services, directed to securing and improvement of deliveries quality;
- exact distribution of authority, powers and cooperation of personnel of the company, from the Director General to an employee, awareness of responsibility by each employee for timing and quality of the implementing work with principle adherence "performer of the next coming process is my consumer";
- training, maintenance of necessary competence, qualification and experience of employees, informing securing, motivation and involvement of personnel in a matter of improvement implementation.
The Management of JSC "Belaruskali" bears responsibility regarding realization of the quality policy and allocation of corresponding funds to fulfill the undertaken obligations.
